Cardio Cardio Cardio

Cardiovascular exercise (aka cardio) is an important aspect of any training program particularly if your goal is weight loss. When combined with a healthy diet, cardio can make all the difference in helping you achieve your goal. 

There are so many ways to get your cardio on, especially here in Arizona where I live. During the summer, early morning hikes, swims or outdoor walks are great. In the winter, snowboarding or skiing are great options that also provide a change in scenery.

However, as with most aspects of health and fitness, consistency is key and while any cardio is better than zero cardio, today I am sharing my top three favorites that I have personally seen the best results from and that are easily done daily at your local gym:

  1. Incline Walking
  2. Stair Climber
  3. Interval Running
