Custom Virtual Competition Prep


You will receive your personalized nutrition plan for 12 weeks.  Karen will change it up as needed depending on how your body is responding.  She will also design a weight lifting program which will be changed up 3 times over the 12 week period.  Karen will request that you send progress pics every 4 weeks so the both of you are held accountable.  You can contact Karen anytime with questions or concerns via email.  If you would like to speak to Karen one on one over the phone, it can be arranged as well for an additional cost.

Once the competition gets closer Karen will request that you send her images weekly so she can stay on top of your progress.  She will also help you with everything you need to know in order to step on stage with confidence.  Karen will give you firsthand advice regarding posing, stage presentation, makeup, hair, tanning, suit selection, etc.

If you would like Karen to be present at your competition you will be responsible for paying her travel expenses (flight/hotel) prior to her booking her travel schedule.

This program is unique and is not cookie cutter like most of the online programs out there on the market.  You get unlimited one on one time via email with Karen and a custom program.  Karen wants her clients to look their best on stage and a custom program designed by a fitness professional will get you those results.

You can either purchase a 6 week or 12 Week Custom Nutrition Plan or the 12 Week Custom Competition Nutrition Plan.  She will keep an eye on you and make the needed changes as you go.  In order for results to really show, Karen would recommend the 12 week plan.  You can contact Karen anytime with questions or concerns via email during the course of your training package.  If you would like to speak to Karen one on one over the phone, it can be arranged as well for an additional cost.

Ciao, I am 44, I have a beautiful family and I work as an airline pilot. I have been in good shape in the past but in the last few years I found myself gaining weight. Usual story, busy life between work and family but also jet lag and funny food at funny times of the day. When I decided to change and get back into shape I thought I had a pretty good idea about what to do.
