Grilled Pork Chops

Tired of fish, chicken and ground turkey?????  Try the other, other white meat! This delicious grilled pork chop recipe paired with grilled yellow squash…….

-4 pork chops


-sea salt

-granulated garlic

-olive oil spray


Set your grill to medium to a medium high temp.  Season to taste with your pepper, salt and garlic.  Spray with olive oil and repeat on the other side.  

-2 yellow squash

-1 tablespoon of olive oil

-2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar

-Mrs. Dash Italian seasoning

Cut the ends off, slice long ways and add all the above seasonings to the squash.

Grill the pork chops for 4-6 minutes per side or until fully cooked.  When you flip them once, add the squash skin side down to the grill.  When you pull the pork chops off the grill go ahead and flip the squash and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes.  Top the pork chop with a sprig of Rosemary and Viola!!!!  You have a healthy and delicious protein packed dinner.
