Happy Mother’s Day

I wanted to take the time to wish all of those AMAZING mothers out there a Happy Mother’s Day! I would also like to give a shout out to the best mother on the planet, my mom:). Donna Mullarkey is one of the toughest ladies I know and I would like to thank her for all the sacrifices she made in her life to better my life. Thanks mom! I love you very much!

Since it’s mom’s day, try some of these activities to burn some calories while spend some quality time together…

-Book a spa day for your mother and get a workout in at the spa gym before you all enjoy your services.

-Take a walk or go for a hike, the weather is absolutely beautiful right now.

-Go for a bike ride. Again, you can’t beat these temps! If you don’t have bikes, book a spin class.

-Meet at the gym for a workout before you take your mom to brunch:)
