I would like to congratulate the “No Mullarkey” Client of the Month, AmyAnn Curran! AmyAnn came to me roughly a year ago and joined my “No Mullarkey” group training program in the hopes of getting off the plateau that she was on. AmyAnn was previously diagnosed with Hashimotos and had gained 20 pounds of unwanted body fat. When she began training with me she was already on her weight loss journey and wanted to add lean muscle to her frame. Fast forward one year, her weight is the same but her physique has changed drastically. She just recently emailed me stating that her weight was the same since she started and that she now knows it doesn’t matter what the scale says. If you compare her before picture to her current, you will notice a much more toned and muscular mother.
I not only give AmyAnn credit for working her butt off this past year in the gym and in the kitchen, but also as a mother of 5. Between her and her husband, they have a very full household. She also works full time and has done a fantastic job of balancing family, work and fitness. I can’t imagine getting all that AmyAnn does in a day done. In order for her to fit it all in, she starts her day off in the 5 am group training session on Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Thursday’s. On the other days, she is focused on getting her additional cardio in. Well, her hard work has certainly paid off and she is quite the inspiration to her teammates and to her coach. I would like to personally congratulate AmyAnn on a job well done and I am certainly very proud to be her coach!
