“No Mullarkey” Virtual Training

I would like to also put the spotlight on Alana!  I had the pleasure of meeting Alana last year on a trip to Italy to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary.  Alana and I stayed in touch via Facebook after the trip and she later reached out to me to help her lose some weight and to help her get in better shape.  Alana just completed her first 12 week Virtual Training and Nutrition Program and has signed up for another 12 weeks.  As you can tell by her before and after pics, she is on the path to weight loss and living a more active lifestyle.  She has been doing all of her training from her In-Home gym and I have customized her program so she can utilize her own equipment.  Alana is down 7 pounds, but more importantly her clothes are fitting better and she is feeling stronger and more energetic.  She knows that she is on the right path and decided to keep up the Virtual Training so she can continue to lose body fat and to gain muscle.  She knows that this is a marathon and not a sprint.  Way to go Alana!!!!  I am very proud of you for all of your hard work and I am so glad that we met a year ago on that AMAZING adventure:)
