Weight Loss Motivation-“No Mullarkey” Client of the Month

I would like to congratulate “No Mullarkey” client, Steve Jackson for being the weight loss motivation and the “No Mullarkey” client of the month!  As you can tell by his old jeans, he has lost a significant amount of weight since he began his journey with me a year ago.  He has currently lost over 50 pounds and now is looking to drop another 20 pounds over the next couple of months, which will get him under the 300 pound mark.  I know with his new found motivation of crushing his goals that he will get there.

Steve came to me a little over a year ago and began my group training program.  He was fed up with being overweight and wanted to find a coach who could motivate him to stay on track.  We both were up for the challenge:). I started by putting him on a custom nutrition plan made just for him and advised him to also hit cardio 4-6 days a week on his own time.  We were also weight training 3 days a week in group training.  There were times that he would get frustrated and want to skip a gym or cardio session, but he continued to get his butt to the gym.  Now that he is down over 50 pounds, he is more than happy to make his gym sessions a priority.

Steve is an example of why I love so much what I do for a living.  I have given him the tools to lose weight and he has accepted the challenge.   I have no doubt in my mind that he will break 300 pounds over the next couple of months and will have to go shopping again for a new pair of jeans.  Keep on keepin on Steven “Fuckin” Jackson!!!!  You got this my friend!!!!  I am so proud to be your friend and coach:)
