Green Chile Chicken Recipe

Those you of you who find meal prepping almost impossible, try this quick crockpot recipe……….

-4 chicken breasts

-1 cup of water

-1 tablespoon of pepper

-2 pressed garlic cloves

Place the above ingredients in a crockpot on high for approximately 3.5 hours depending on the size of the boobies:). Remove the chicken and shred in a large bowl with 2 forks.  Add one 7 oz can of fire roasted, diced green chiles.  Mix up and VOILA!!!!!

A quick and easy protein packed meal with “No Mullarkey” added to it as far as calories:). If you are looking for carbs, eat it in a whole wheat tortilla.  If you are looking to keep it low carb, pair with a salad.
