Congratulations to Adam Rayl for his AMAZING season on American Ninja Warrior. Adam had an impressive run on Stage 1 of the Las Vegas Finals and advanced to Stage 2. He unfortunately fell short dismounting the last difficult obstacle before advancing to Stage 3. His season certainly motivated me to step up my training.
I had the pleasure of meeting Adam at a local Ninja Competition and was very impressed with his speed and skill. He certainly makes the course look easy. Not only has he dominated on American Ninja Warrior, but he is also making a name for himself in speed and skills competitions throughout the country. He recently won $10,000 in 33 seconds at a competition in Michigan. Not bad pay for such a short amount of time:)
Adam recently mentioned to me that he wanted to compete in a men’s physique competition, which he will make happen September 22nd and 23rd at the local NPC competition in Mesa. Although it’s been difficult for him to find the time to get in the weight room, I have no doubt that he will hold his own on a different kind of stage. He has a naturally lean, athletic build and has certainly made my job as a coach easy. Best of luck to Adam and Karen Szilagyis as they hit the stage tomorrow.
