I would like to take the time to congratulate American Ninja Warriors Adam Rayl and Rebekah Bonilla for kicking butt at the LA Regional Finals, which aired on NBC Monday night. They both have done a fantastic job of representing Arizona and I am looking forward to watching them run the finals course.
Adam finished an impressive 2nd place overall and will advance to the Las Vegas Finals, he certainly has what it takes to conquer Mt. Midoriyama. Be sure and check out his run on YouTube……
I had the pleasure of walking on in LA with Adam for Season 7. Recently, Adam reached out to me to help him with his nutrition so he could come into the Vegas finals at his all-time leanest. Not that he needed much help, but every pound counts when it comes to supporting your body weight for the course. His training and discipline with the diet are certainly paying off. Look for him to be one of the fastest men on the course in Vegas. He certainly makes it look easy.
I recently had the pleasure of meeting Rebekah Bonilla at AZ on the Rocks for a Ninja training class. She is one tough gal and can conquer the obstacles with the best of them. It was very impressive watching her train and is certainly motivation for me as I train for season 10. Check out her impressive LA Finals run, she got the furthest of any female……
