Goals for 2017

Happy New Year Y’all!!!!  Well, it’s that time of year again.  It’s time to make that New Years resolution, which most of us will eventually put on the back burner as the year moves on.  Let’s make a change in 2017 and FINALLY take charge of your fitness goals.  Make your resolution, set a deadline and through hell or high water make it happen.

I just returned from an annual week long trip to gorgeous Telluride, CO to ring in the New Year.  I don’t know about y’all, but I am exhausted by the end of the year and am ready for some much needed R&R.  I took a week off for my favorite hobby, snowboarding and hanging with great friends.

Now that the holiday is over, my batteries are recharged and I am ready to take 2017 by the horns.  Here are my goals, yes I have several and so should you…..

-Land my 5th cover.

-Increase my online business nationally and internationally.

-Get back to training for American Ninja Warrior since I just got clearance from my hand doctor to get back to regular activities.   For those of you that don’t know, I broke my 4th metacarpal back in October.
