Team “No Mullarkey” Hits the Stage

I wanted to congratulate “No Mullarkey” client Erin Cheatwood for accomplishing her goal of competing in her very 1st figure competition.  If competing was easy everyone would be walking around with amazing physiques.  It takes a lot of hard work, discipline and persistence not only with workouts but also nutrition.  Erin persevered during her 12 week competition prep program and it showed on stage.

Erin took 6th in the novice class and 8th in the open class, just missing the top 5 in a very competitive class of athletes.  She also looked like a pro onstage with her posing and stage presentation, she certainly did not hold herself like a 1st timer.  Not bringing home hardware was a disappointment, but I give her a lot of credit for the way she responded.  You have 2 choices…..you can get frustrated and quit because it didn’t come easy or you can use it as motivation to drive you to work harder.  Erin has chosen to work harder!  That is the testament of a true athlete and competitor.

Changing your physique and adding lean muscle mass to your frame takes a lot of time and persistence to do naturally without “supplements”.  I can tell you from experience that it is so worth the effort once you step on stage.  Be patient with your training, be on point with your nutrition and the changes and gains will happen.   I am so proud of Erin and I am looking forward to seeing her back on stage in early 2017 and in the top 5.

If you are looking to accomplish your goal of getting on stage, I’m your gal:)
