I just wanted to congratulate “No Mullarkey” clients Michele Peterson and Monica Johnson on their placings this past weekend at the NPC show in Mesa. Michele placed 4th in her Masters Bikini class and Monica placed 3rd in her Masters Figure class. These gals literally worked their butts off and I couldn’t be more proud of them!
Michele competed in her 3rd bikini competition and is certainly looking her best yet! She is a living example of what staying consistent with training and eating clean on a regular basis does. She does not do the classic competitor roller coaster ride because she trains and eats well year round…….it’s a lifestyle:) She is proof that you can still gain muscle without gaining fat. I couldn’t be more proud of her for making these changes and looking amazing at 49 years young!
Monica competed in her 1st figure competition and certainly earned her slot on stage. She did not miss a group training session since she began her journey 4 months ago. Her efforts have certainly paid off and I am so proud of how far she has come in a short amount of time. She is also 49 years young and is a living example of age is just a number.
