Virtual Training and Nutrition
You will receive your personalized nutrition plan for 12 weeks. I will change it up as needed depending on how your body is responding. Since this plan is custom, I can work around your food allergies. I will also give you a weight lifting program, which will be changed up 3 times over the 12 week period. If you need an In-Home workout, please send me pics or a list of your equipment and I will customize it to what you have on hand. I will request that you send progress pics every 4 weeks so both of us are held accountable. You can contact me anytime with questions or concerns via email, cell, or text. If you are unsure about the lifts, I do have a large library of videos of myself demonstrating each exercise so that you are sure to use the correct form.
