It does not matter if you don’t have any exercise equipment, or a fancy gym membership. All you need is a little space at home to get your body moving! If you’ve got the drive inside to gain control of your body and your health, you will be successful. Some of these exercises I’ve written for you may be more difficult than others but just follow along with my instructional videos and keep practicing! These are the same exercises I do to stay healthy and in shape. I also run my one on one clients through the same ones because they work!

Remember, this is YOUR workout program and these are YOUR goals. Complete the exercises that you feel comfortable with and build up to any other exercises that you feel are too challenging at this time. It’s ok to go at your own pace and you never need to force any of these exercises. Believe in yourself and the rest will fall into place as you move forward with this journey!
